This may possibly be the most monumental house of this style in Ponte Caldelas and, without doubt, one of the most unique in Galicia. Dedicated entirely for residential use, the house boasts an architectural language of Baroque roots but with a clearly eclectic vocation, with outstanding entrances and windowsills that move all facades (viewpoints, balconies, attics, etc.). On the ground floor, the end of the doors and windows stand out, with blocked openings and horseshoe arches decorated with balls and S motifs that start with original volutes. This underlines the sculptural coronation of the entire facade, of exquisite execution and sculptural vocation.
