Terraced house that consists of two levels and using a roof of genesis that is clearly Indiana. This construction appears formed by an openwork balustrade decorated with decorative jars that occupies the entire width of the building; in the centre there is an attic of a single opening sitting under a split lintel that appears covered by a flowered border ornamented with valances. The residential floor stands out for an extraordinary foundry viewpoint flanked by two vaulted balconies protected by rails of the same material.
